As the product does not contain any secondary amines, there is no danger of nitrosamine formation according to our present knowledge.
Application :
ZUBORA 10 H PLUS FF Universal cooling lubricant, very well suited for grinding.
Zubora 10 H Plus FF is especially suitable for metal cutting operations of steel and cast iron.The product can be used up to medium difficult cutting operations. By using Zubora 10 H Plus FF you will permanently increase the economic efficiency of your production.
The product is suitable for use in individually filled machines as well asin central systems.
Recommended hardness of the preparation water: 12 to 24° dH.
Working concentration :
Metal cutting approx. 5 - 7%
Grinding approx. 3 - 4%
ZUBORA 10 H PLUS FF is dermatologically tested. TEWL (transepidermal loss of water) and Epicutan-test confirm a good skin compatibility.
Storage:
Recommended storing temperature: +5 °C up to max. +40 °C.
